I will not exceed the maximum capacity of 50 attendees.
This event is not focused on sales, hiring, or promotions.
The event does not involve political, religious, illegal, or discriminatory activity.
I take full responsibility for all attendees, conduct, and safety.
I accept full financial responsibility for any damage or violations.
I will strictly follow approved timings and vacate on time.
I will arrange volunteers for event management and cleanup.
Food handling: no food in office areas, food only in cafeteria, immediate cleanup of spills.
I will ensure complete cleanup, waste disposal, and restoration of the venue.
I understand optional cleaning support (₹500) is limited to cafeteria cleanup and garbage handling, and does not replace my responsibility.
